We are offering an unfurnished room in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home, for $600 per month (utilities included) and $15 background check. We are looking for a gainfully employed professional or responsible student who does not use illegal drugs (or into anything illegal for that matter). Outside smokers are welcome. No outside guests are welcome due to the fact that we are fairly private and for the sake of our dogs--we have 3 small and well behaved dogs. Food is negotiable, as to where we can share or the potential roommate can purchase groceries on their own. We ask that the potential roommate keep common areas clean, as well as maintain/clean/upkeep their room and bathroom. The room is available on a month to month basis, to be renewed every 30 days if so chosen. 
For students and professionals who prefer the public transportation option: the home is 5 or so minutes away from the Douglas County Multi-Modal hub, which carries the GRTA/Xpress Regional Bus Service (which connects to Marta--Downtown or Midtown rail stations) and Douglas County VanPools; or if you feel like driving to Marta directly, the H.E. Holmes Marta station is 15-17 minutes away.
